Diana plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy.
From managing money transfers to and from clients, to posting transactions on the system and keeping records accurate and up to date, Diana ensures everything is in order. She also checks completion statements against the ledger and bill before matters progress, alongside supporting the team with administrative tasks such as will requests and file closures.
One of her favourite work memories?
Carolโs retirement day. Although Diana didnโt get to know Carol well before she retired, it was clear how much joy and kindness she brought to everyone around her. The day was filled with flowers, shared memories, and a beautiful blanket gifted as a keepsake โ and even the rain couldnโt dampen such a heartwarming occasion. ๐

After Christmas Jumper Day last week we had our firm wide Christmas party on Friday night ๐

When a loved one is no longer able to make their own decisions, families can face very difficult choices. If no Power of Attorney has been put in place, the Court of Protection may need to appoint a Deputy to manage financial or welfare matters.
